The counter is 4′, with two 18″ fold down extensions making it a total of 7′, 34″ depth to make it easy to move through any standard door way.
The refrigerator is a Beverage Air UCR 20.
Construction materials are birch plywood, 3/4″ thick proprietary bender board for the radius, counter is 12 ply apple wood, and steel tubing base frame as well. The surfaces are laminated in Wilsonart brand laminate including under the counter and commercial rubber bumper and t-molding is used on the edges.
This will last many decades even under the most extreme use.
